Expectant Mother's Day:A complimentary pre-natal yoga class & great information on what to expect when baby arrives. Light refreshments & raffle.

Cord Blood Banking (FREE): Birth is your once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to save your baby's cord blood. This free class will educate you about the many benefits of cord blood through accurate & objective information. I preserved my newborn's umbilical cord blood after learning about its life-saving potential for my family. The question to ask yourself is not, "Will you bank your baby's cord blood," but "Why wouldn't you?".
