and Baby Aquacize: A great way to have your
infant acclimate to th ewater as mom excercises and
tones. |

and Baby Yoga:
Yoga moves increase strength and flexibility, tone
the body, reduce stress, and quiet the mind. Baby
will be included in the yoga poses. |

Power
Yoga: A series of Vinyasa flow poses kicked
up. Expect to get a relief of tension, stress, &
fatigue while strengthening. |

Pre-Natal
Aquatics: Excercise
wellness program in the warm pool for maternity. No
swimming experience necessary. |

& Post-Natal Yoga: Promotes
flexibility, proper breathing and relaxation during
and after pregnancy. |

Stroller
Fit: Get
back in shape no matter what the weather. Child will
remain with your stroller during class. Aerobic power
walking with intervals of resistance training. Held

Yolates:
Strengthen, sculpt,and generate heat in a powerful class
